Having a home bar is great for entertaining whether it is a house party or an evening with the guys enjoying a baseball or football game.
Planning a home bar is fun, and if you do it right – you’ll have a great place to enjoy with your family and friends. The first consideration is where to put your home bar. A basement or game room is an ideal spot for a home bar. It really depends on the type of house you have and the type of space you have available. Keep in mind that you’ll need room for a bar, a sitting area, a good size television and a refrigerator. If your space opens up to an outdoor patio, all the better for “”grilling and chilling. “”You’ll have easy access to the grill for hamburgers and hotdogs during a rousing sport’s party.
Okay, so you’ve picked out a spot for your home bar. Now you need to set budget and decide what you want your bar to look like. If you do plan on using it for viewing a lot of sporting events, you might want to decorate with sports equipment and memorabilia. Throw up a few neon lights and signs, and you’ve got yourself a sport’s bar. If you’re going for a sophisticated look, the bar could be mahogany or oak and leather couches will give the area a rich look and feel. Just make sure whatever you plan fits within your budget. The bigger your budget, the better equipped your bar will be. You can have draft taps, running water, refrigerator, icemaker and more working surfaces.

Its Built with Styrofoam Panels
Marquis Construction thinks they have found a way to meet their own needs and their buyers’. They build with SIPs – 4 & 6-inch-thick sections of EPS foam, like the material from which coffee cups are made, sandwiched between sheets of galvanized steel.
The panels, 4 feet wide, snap together with a T&G joint so they can be assembled quickly by workers. The foam is laminated between sheets of steel.
The panels, known as SIPs, have been around for 60 years, but only in the last ten years have they begun to be used in mainstream of construction
“It’s a thermal and structural shell,” the builder said homes are certified to withstand winds up to 140 mph, making it hurricane worthy. The absence of wood means it is inhospitable to termites. “There’s no food value there,”
Marquis says their customers “immediately grasp the concept that a solid foam-core house has got to be much more energy efficient than conventional . It really sells itself.”
In addition to energy efficiency, the steel panels provide a cleaner IAQ, mold resistive environment. They carry a 20 year corrosion warranty. They surpass Florida’s hurricane codes, are impact tested and used for hurricane shelter construction in Ft, Meyers, FL.
Steel SIPs construction will reduce insurance premiums up to 53% in hurricane prone areas over wood frame construction.
Panels are easily and readily available for delivery through out the southeast US with a 2 week lead time.
Work at Home Jobs – Making the Decision to Work at Home
April 4th, 2012
Making the decision to work at home is sometimes more difficult than it needs to be. High Income or high salary at home jobs number in the thousands, making the decision to start working at home overwhelming. These home based jobs sometimes are in the form of sole proprietor ships. The simplest way to overcome the indecision is to make the decision to work at home. Period. Instead of sitting at home doing all the research and spending countless hours online looking for the perfect work at home scenario, Just make the decision. “I’m going to start a work at home business”, or “I’m so excited now that I’ve decided to work at home”.
Searching through work at home directories or scouring home based job listings isn’t the way to begin. Ultimately know this, if working at home appeals to you, then at some point in the future you deserve to have a work at home job or opportunity. At least to eliminate it as an option, worse case scenario, you start a work at home job and find out you can’t stand working from home.
Maybe you’ve always associated being at home with relaxation. Maybe your home is your little safe haven. Either way you will experience better clarity knowing that you tried to work from home and it is now no longer an option.
The point I’m making here is, don’t look for a work at home job that will convince you to get started working from home. Sit down and make a list. ” I want to work at home because”…. When you have a logical list of reasons why you want to work at home these can become your motivator to getting started.
As you make the list of why you want to make a change, this same list will become the evaluating criteria for the work at home job you select. Know how many hours you want to work, know how much money you want to make, will your work at home job require you to purchase items you don’t currently have in your home office?
You know, once you know why you want to do something the how to do it reveals itself. Making the transition to a work at home job, or finding a business you can operate from home is no different. Know the changes you want in your life and just maybe choosing to earn your income from your humble abode will be an answer for you.
